Is the audit really free, and is there a catch?

Really free, and you keep it whether or not you hire us. The catch, if you want to call it one, is that we only have so many hours, so we do it properly for a handful of businesses a month rather than sending everybody an automated scan.

Am I too small for you?

No. There is no minimum spend and no minimum size. Some businesses come to us with a name, a phone number and nothing else. That is a good place to begin, and it is a different job to a firm with four branches rather than a lesser one.

I am already with an agency. Is this awkward?

Not for us. Plenty of first calls end with us telling somebody their current agency is doing a decent job and the problem is elsewhere. If that is the answer, you will get it straight.

Do you tie people into contracts?

Rolling terms with a month's notice, and every account in your name from day one. Leaving us costs you a password reset. We would rather keep clients because the work is good than because the paperwork is tight.

Where are you, and do you work outside your own area?

UK-wide, remote and on site. Most of the work happens over a call and a shared screen, but if it matters to you that we come and stand in the building, we will.
